St John VIBE

My husband, brother-in-law & sister-in-law, along with myself, visited St John a couple weeks ago. We arrived in St Thomas on a cruise ship, took the 9:00 a.m ferry to St John, boarded a boat owned and operated by Fly Away Charters, and went around the island to Cruz Bay. After jumping into the ocean and swimming to shore, we hiked a couple easy miles to view the petroglyphs. After this grand adventure, my sister-in-law and I had about 15 minutes to shop at VIBE before we had to get back on the ferry to take us back to St Thomas and our cruise ship. It has been our dream to see the petroglyphs with our own eyes since our first visit to St John and VIBE about 15 years ago. Our plan also included buying a piece of jewelry from VIBE to commemorate this bucket list item. We knew we wouldn’t have much time to shop, so we spent a couple afternoons at sea on the cruise ship taking screenshots on our phones from the VIBE website of pieces we liked. We blew into the VIBE Jewelry Store located in Cruz Bay in our wet clothes and explained very quickly what our circumstances were. The sales associates working that day quickly pulled all the items we wanted to see as quickly as they could, with smiles on their faces. Maybe this scenario happens frequently for them, maybe not. Either way, we were met in a friendly professional manner! We both picked what we wanted to buy, checked out, and made it to the ferry with 5 minutes to spare! If you ever get to St John, make sure you visit Vibe to purchase a souvenir piece of jewelry! When vacation is over, and the scenery isn’t all blue skies and turquoise water, just take a look at your VIBE jewelry and your heart will be filled with sunshine and happiness!!!
