Our Warranty

While our pieces are made to last in solid sterling silver and 14K gold, they’re also designed to be worn, which means wear and tear is normal. If your piece is damaged, we'll repair it good as new, free of charge. If it's unrepairable, we'll offer you a direct replacement or store credit if a replacement is not available.

To start your repair process, Simply print and fill out our Repair Request Form and follow the instructions to get your piece back to us. We will then begin the repair or exchange process as soon as possible.
