Return Policy

Returns

We offer free returns within the US, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands on unworn & unaltered items within 30 days of purchase.

If you purchased in-store, please ensure your contact and shipping information has been added to your account prior to requesting a return.

  1. To start a return, visit your Account page and click the order with the item you'd like to return.
  2. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) that you want to return. 
  3. Select a return reason and include any notes for the store, such as your preferred exchange item, if applicable.
  4. Once your return request has been approved, we’ll provide further instructions, including a shipping label or an exchange option. Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to review your return request.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days, excluding the original shipping cost. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@vibejewelry.com.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange, simply follow the return process and include your preferred exchange item and size (if applicable) in the notes section. 

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on returning your item and shipping the exchange.
  • If the exchange item is of a higher value, we’ll provide details on how to pay the difference.
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method once the return is processed.

Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the original item to process and ship your exchange.

In-Store Returns

We also accept returns in-store, bring the unworn & unaltered item and your proof of purchase to one of our store locations within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Our team will process your return, and you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Final Sale

All final sale items sold in-store are labeled as final sale on your receipt and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International Orders

We currently do not offer free shipping on returns for international orders. If you wish to return an item, please follow the return process above. Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Promotional Items

Any free promotional items, including gifts with purchase or items received through a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offer, must be returned along with the original order. If the promotional item is not included in the return, the retail value of the item may be deducted from your refund.
