Domestic Shipping & Import Fees
We want to be upfront with the not-so-fun stuff.
The U.S. Virgin Islands are outside the U.S. customs territory. As a result, merchandise shipped from St. John to the mainland United States must be entered through U.S. Customs and may be subject to applicable import duties.
We calculate and collect estimated duties at checkout so your shipment can be sent with duties prepaid. This means you should not receive a separate duty bill when your order is delivered.

Individual items priced up to and including $2,500 generally ship through USPS. Individual items priced over $2,500 ship through DHL. Orders containing items in both price ranges may be divided into separate shipments.
Free USPS Priority shipping applies only to the base shipping charge. Estimated prepaid duties are still calculated based on the price, product type, and metal of each item.
As a small business in the U.S. Virgin Islands, our shipping options are limited. Despite ongoing efforts from local leadership to secure relief for U.S. Territories, these tariffs continue to affect us. We are committed to minimizing the impact on you and keeping the costs as transparent as possible.
In-Store Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our Mongoose Junction store in St. John. Select "Pickup in Store" at checkout. Orders will be ready within 24 hours. Please bring your receipt or confirmation email when you arrive.
