Seeking renewal, they step outside their professional arenas and into each other's worlds - Soleil exploring movement in the dance studio and Kelsey discovering the rhythm of the ocean.
As their journeys intertwine, the film reveals striking parallels between surfing and dance, blurring the boundaries between sport and art.
Through shared vulnerability, play, and exploration, Duet becomes a meditation on creative resilience and the transformative power of reconnecting with the reasons we begin.
