Refunds: Once your return is received, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days (excluding shipping costs). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Exchanges: If you’d prefer an exchange, just note your preferred item (and size if applicable) when submitting your request. We’ll ship your replacement once your return is processed.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift receipts at this time.

Yes, when we approve your return request, we'll send you a shipping label to send your jewelry back to us.
Warranty
Since 2004, Vibe Jewelry has stood behind our fantastic warranty:
If your piece is damaged, we'll repair it good as new, free of charge. If it's unrepairable, we'll offer you a direct replacement or store credit if a replacement is not available.

Yes, you can wear your jewelry in both saltwater and freshwater. However, we do not recommend wearing it in hot tubs or pools with chlorine, as the chlorine can cause the sterling silver to tarnish.
Polishing is a process that involves using a buffing wheel and multiple compounds to remove scratches, lines, and tarnish from a piece of jewelry. This process can take up to an hour to complete, and will make the jewelry look brand new.
Cleaning, on the other hand, involves using an industrial strength ultrasonic machine and high-pressure steamer to remove dirt and grime from the jewelry. A quick clean can be completed in just a few minutes.
Yes, we offer jewelry repair services for our Vibe pieces. If one of your Vibe pieces breaks, please send us an email at help@vibejewelry.com with photos of the broken jewelry. Our silversmiths will assess the damage and determine the best course of action, which may include replacing the piece or fixing the original piece..
Tarnishing is a common issue with silver jewelry and can cause the surface of the jewelry to change color. However, tarnishing only affects the surface and can easily be polished away. One way to reduce the likelihood of tarnishing is to wear your sterling silver jewelry frequently, as the oils from your skin can help prevent it. If you prefer a metal that doesn't tarnish, 14k gold is a good alternative.
Yes, we offer complimentary cleaning services for customer-owned jewelry. If you are visiting our store, you can ask us to clean your Vibe jewelry while you wait.
If you are not able to visit our store, you can send your jewelry to us through the mail. Please include a note with your request and send it to our PO box. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance.

There are a few different methods you can use to clean your jewelry at home. For silver jewelry, we recommend using a polishing cloth to remove tarnish or any discoloration.
14K Gold: Gold is measured in karats, with 24K being pure gold. Since pure gold is very soft, it’s blended with stronger metals to create durable alloys for jewelry. 14k gold contains 58.5% gold and 41.5% alloy—giving it a rich golden color while still being strong enough for everyday wear. That balance of beauty, strength, and value makes 14K the most popular choice for fine jewelry.
925 Sterling Silver: Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver mixed with other metals for strength. We finish our silver with rhodium for extra shine and tarnish resistance.
We also work with oxidized silver, which has a dark, weathered patina, and mixed metals, which combine gold and silver tones for versatile, modern styles.
All of our sterling silver jewelry is coated with a rhodium finish. Rhodium is a rare, precious metal that adds extra shine and helps protect against tarnishing.
Over time, the coating may naturally wear with regular use. If you notice your jewelry losing its luster, it can be professionally polished and re-plated with rhodium to restore its brilliance.
